Apartment complex in Ralph Lauren's style

In 2014, the Nedvizhimost Kapital company requested us to develop the façade design for a building located at the address: Moscow, Korobeynikov Pereulok 1/2, bldg. 5, which was later named Noble Row.

 The project was quite challenging but interesting, as we fully developed the following:

• A conceptual solution for the façade
  
• 3D sketches
  
• Elevation views
  
• Section drawings and erection diagrams for anchoring of facade elements
  

Later on, we integrated 3d the sketch of the main building into the existing landscape (photomontage of).

When developing the façade design project we stuck to the recognizable style of Ralph Lauren’s buildings situated in New York and Paris because the customer did not only expressed their wishes concerning the project part in the technical assignment, but also enclosed a number of photographs that reflected the stylistic solutions.

The Noble Row apartment complex with a built-in parking lot in Ralph Lauren’s style  has been successfully completed as of today,  and is one of the 5 most expensive and beautiful residential complexes in Moscow.
